Delivery took longer than expected due to late arrival of new stock. Very happy with my purchase when it eventually arrived.

I ordered a jacket some weeks ago but it turned ut not to be in stock and two further attempts to re-order resulted in eventually neing told it had not arrived. Ultimately it was delivered - to my ocmplete satisfaction.

I consider this a wonderful product. It is very comfortable and arrived very well packaged.

The item I ordered was shown as being on stock when I ordered, but despite this I had to wait for the order to be received back in stock. So a very long wait, but the item looks like it was worth the wait.

Good quality clothing, prompt delivery, discounts from next purchase, free returns.
Just as online shopping should be.

premium postage for this suit to arrive on Thursday 14th,as advertised on your website.When I checked the progress of the order on Thursday I saw it was still pending.Rang and spoke to Georgia,explaining how important it was for a wedding on Saturday,and she promised to keep an eye on it and make sure it left Thursday for Friday delivery.Again I checked Friday,still pending so rang and spoke to Jess who assured me it would leave on Friday for Saturday delivery.
Saturday comes suit doesn't!!
Delivered at 11:53am on Monday 18th,2 days after wedding and 4 days after promised delivery. Not really a service you should be proud of,and now comes the nonsense of awaiting refund.
Anyone care to comment? as I'm sure the only thing I did wrong was place an order with a recommended online retailer

Needed some new shirts due having gone down a size due to recent weight loss. Logged on to the Brook Taverner website and saw 4 shirts that I liked in my new size. Ordered them and made use of the 4 for £110 offer and the money saved voucher from my previous, recent order.
Order acknowledged almost immediately and then I was updated on when the items were dispatched and out for delivery.
So easy to shop on-line for Brook Taverner products.
